GMM | Chili Cook-Off, 2023
The weather is starting to cool down and that means it's time for the
Annual Chili Cook-Off!!!
BLIND JUDGING: The top 3 recipes will win a cash prize and they will be selected by a panel of 4, blind-tasting judges.
PEOPLES CHOICE: Guests will make their selection of favorite chili by dropping a ticket into a fish bowl and the winner will receive HBA Bucks
Registrations must be received by Thursday, October 5th - so fill it out early!!!

Useful information....- **Chili must be prepared on-site** - complete your initial preparation at home (browning the protein, prepping your veggies, etc.)
- Crock Pots are recommended, but Insta Pots are acceptable. you will be responsible for providing your own extension cord(s)
- a minimum of 1-gallon must be prepared
- remember to bring your serving utensils
- You will receive 1, 6' plastic covered table that you can decorate
- You will be responsible for any garnish or condiments you prefer to serve with your chili
JUDGING- Tasting cups will be provided
- 4 will be provided for judges sample, along with a tray that they will be placed on for turn-in
- additional cups will be provided to offer samples to guests for People's Choice
- Chili must be ready by 6:15p for blind judging
- Judges will score on a scale of 1-10 each for Presentation and Taste - so feel free to decorate your turn-in tray and make sure your served tasting cups look great!
- PEOPLE'S CHOICE: guests will be provided with 1 ticket to drop into a fishbowl to make the selection of their favorite chili
