The Owasso Chapter is open to all active HBA Builder and Associate members. This Chapter meets quarterly to address issues impacting the residential housing industry within the Chapter's geographic territory; including Catoosa, Collinsville and Skiatook. The Owasso Chapter hosts an annual golf tournament with net proceeds benefiting a designated charitable beneficiary.
