Phil is a second-generation builder who has had the honor of serving as President of both the Tulsa Homebuilder's Association, as well as the state organization, the Oklahoma Homebuilder's Association. He was named Tulsa Builder of the Year in 2000, and State Builder of the Year in both 2009 and 2018. We at BMI strongly believe in staying current with the latest energy-efficient technology and building trends, and Phill annually completes at least 12 hours of continuing education in the building sciences.
