About Us

Whether it’s an addition, renovation or new construction, the common goal of each residential project is to create a comfortable and inviting place to call home. Wallace Design Collective has provided civil and/or structural engineering services for single family as well as multifamily complexes ranging from low-density to high-density developments. Our experience includes residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, mixed-use multifamily and retail centers, senior living communities, and student housing complexes. Many of these projects are either new construction or an adaptive reuse of an existing building.

We believe that responsiveness, flexibility, quality and creativity are attributes our clients expect and deserve, and we know that we can’t be successful unless our clients are successful. Our clients require technical expertise, design excellence, solutions to problems, and ways to communicate our thoughts to those charged with constructing them. Wallace believes our role in the profession and in people’s lives is to find a way to integrate what we need to do and find a creative way to do it.
