Eric started his professional career in the U.S. Army where he deployed twice to the Middle East. He transitioned to corporate America where he spent 22 years in sales, specialty sales, operations, and sales management with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
He is an accomplished business professional who has more than two decades of experience in coaching, mentoring, and holding people accountable. He's won numerous national and regional awards for coaching, leadership, and sales.
Eric is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Christi have been married for 30 years. They have a son Ryan and twin daughters, Liz & Hannah.
