Nominees for the Spike of the Year must have recruited at least one (1) new member within the year and have displayed relevant service to the Association. A Spike may only win the Spike of the Year award once. 

This year’s recipient has been a top recruiter since she joined the Association in 2020.  She is passionate about sharing the opportunities to network and grow business and is on the path to serve as the Association’s Membership Chair.
